ABSTRACT

The restoration needs to confront the issues of environmental sustainability. But to do this it needs an update in the theories and practical aspects in the design and the construction site. For this reason, you must strive to identify the procedures that are respectful of the achievements already reached doctrinal but they are also capable of responding to new needs ethical needs.

The goal of sustainability is the compatible use of resources, to be preserved for future generations. This is also the objective of the restoration.

Then talk about sustainable restoration is possible, but you must expand the boundaries of the responsibility to do this again. There are no longer just the responsibility of conservation of matter, but you must also add the anthropological and ecological responsibility.

The structure resulting from these three references is complex and for this reason the decision-making process becomes very complicated. In an attempt to streamline the assessment process and to reach a solution as possible without getting lost in the many analyzes that are needed has been selected MCDA method.

The results obtained through this process of assessment can not be considered unique and not exhaustive, they represent only a trace of design, however, useful to those who must navigate the many options offered by technology.
